About Log-in & Passcode
1. A few days to a week prior to the start of the particular Webinar Series you purchased, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to set up a Log-in account with the Webinar provider. You can set up your Passcode at that time. SAVE THIS! Michael Warner Ministries does not have access to your account held with the Webinar provider.
2. Your Log-in and Passcode will remain valid through the duration of that Webinar Series (7 weeks) PLUS an extra 1^1/2 to 2 weeks of Viewing and Re-viewing time at the end of your Subscription (for example, a 7 week series beginning the first week of May will remain accessible through the 1st week of July, for a total of 2 months). This enables Viewing and Re-Viewing of the archives of that particular Series until it closes.
3. If you've purchased for a future date, and your email should change or become inactive before that Series begins, you will need to contact the Webinar provider personally to obtain a new Log-in/Passcode. MWM is unable to facilitate that transaction for you.
4. The difference between a Team purchase and an Individual purchase (from a technical standpoint) is that the Team Log-in & Passcode is enabled for many simultaneous viewings from various computers at the same time. The Individual Log-in is coded so that only 1 person can be Logged-in on your account at one time. We know we are dealing with a Christian audience that understands the consequences of dishonesty... and we've made an organizational decision to trust everyone who chooses to engage us in ministry. However, if we find reason to believe you have intentionally been allowing non-paying individuals to view our Webinars with your Log-in credentials, we will shut down your account.
Q - What happens if I want to buy in to a Webinar Series mid-run (a few weeks after it has started)?

A - NO PROBLEM! Because we archive the Webinars in that Series, you may "catch up" at your convenience. We DO NOT recommend viewing the Sessions out of order! They build upon each other. Please start from the beginning, and work your way up sequentially. Also note that your Log-in & Passcode will only be valid 2 months from the start date of that particular Series. So set aside the time to make sure you get them all in before that date!
Webinar Times, Details & Availability
1. MWM begins its LIVE Webinar Series' on the Wednesday of the First Week of the odd months of the year (January, March, May, July, September). MWM does not hold a 7-Week Series November through December.
2. From our Dropdown Menu, you can purchase future airing times for our Series. The advantages of 'BUYING NOW' for future dates is that they are typically Di$counted, AND you can plan ahead!
3. Eastern & Central Time Zones: Each of the 7 Webinars in the Series is held LIVE on Wednesday evenings, 7:30 EST, and runs for approx. 1 hour (until approx. 8:30 EST). A 1-hour Q&A session will follow (until approx. 9:30 EST), where you may submit questions by phone, email, or eChat. Michael will give instructions concerning how best to submit questions.
4. Mountain & Pacific Time Zones: Because each Webinar is held LIVE at 7:30 EST, you will have to view the Teaching portion of that Webinar as it was recorded, earlier. However, Michael will rejoin you at the conclusion of that Webinar, for a LIVE 1-hour Q&A session - on your time schedule! At that time, you may submit questions by phone, email, or eChat. Michael will give instructions concerning how best to submit questions. *NOTE: To keep everything in Sync, you should begin viewing the recorded Webinar at exactly 7:30 MST, without exception.
Downloadable Materials
1. For your convenience, each Webinar will have an accompanying Lesson Sheet - for following along, filling in blanks, and keeping as a resource. Each week, you will receive a reminder email a few days prior to the Webinar. Attached to that email will be the Lesson Plan.
2. Don't procrastinate! Download or print it early. If there is a problem, and you waited until the day of the seminar to find that out, we may not be available to assist you on the spot.

Preparing the Heart

Moral Conviction - To make a convincing appeal to your leadership or team that this series is a necessary step in the life & future of you or your Worship Team, you must first have the Moral Conviction that either you or your team has issues that are not God honoring. Those issues may even be hindering your ability to fulfill your team's Mission in worship. They may even be hindering your prayers. Are there practices/attitudes/behaviors that your team needs to repent of?
This is Serious - This isn't something you just start, and finish if it's convenient. You need to understand this is a serious Worship Team discipleship program. If the Mission of worship is important (it's why God created us!), we should apply ourselves seriously to the privilege God has set before us.
Check your Paradigms at the Door - Please don't feel insulted... but you (like many) are probably the product of YEARS of bad habits and a general lack of Worship Ministry standards. It's probably not your fault... we are mostly a product of the culture we come from. And if you're typical, chances are your past Worship Ministries were hotbeds for selfishness, pride, personal preferences, territorialism, emotionalism, disorganization & lack of communication, and conflict. It is unfortunately the norm. I hope I'm wrong in your case! But most likely, you have a LOT of forgetting to do. The first step is to check your Paradigms of how 'you've always done it' at the door. You will never gain victory or grow while determined only to embrace the familiar.

Webinar Preparation

Holy Time - Let this time be Holy - separated for the purpose of renewal & transformation. Talk to God about this in prayer. Contemplate your Mission from HIS standpoint, and why He has gifted you or raised you up. Participate in the Q&A session (even if you just listen to others' questions). Also, invest time to discuss the material with others - especially if they are on your team or are your Leadership!
Your Viewing Location/Situation - If possible, pick a consistent viewing location and stick with it as much as possible (eliminates the variables). We also strongly advise that if you have children who are of an age requiring care, you seek assistance with care during the viewing time. This is a time to come apart and focus. But even if this can't happen... even if a majorly disruptive event should occur... remember there's always the Archives!
Computer & Internet Connection - It is ideal to use a hard-wired, fast working computer with a large viewing screen, hooked up to a great sound system (or ear buds). Make sure your chosen location has a reliable High Speed Internet connection. It is best to avoid wireless connections, as they are not always the most dependable - especially at public facilities. But a fast laptop with a reliable connection should work fine for an individual - although I typically counsel against laptops for group viewings. Also, be mindful that laptops have battery issues. If you MUST use a laptop, PLEASE make sure it is plugged in! Sound quality & volume are also common laptop issues.
Pre-Webinar Testing - Test your Log-in credentials on the Webinar site BEFORE the day of the seminar - just to make sure everything is working. Also, Log-in 30 minutes to 1 hour before the Webinar is set to begin. That gives you enough time for alternatives, should anything malfunction.
Archives! - Remember, if the worst should happen... you can always view the Webinar's recording afterward. So don't panic if everything doesn't go JUST right! You can view & view again from home as many times as you like, through the end of the 2 month period.
Invite a friend/Team Member? - While earlier we cautioned you about 'spamming' your Log-in credentials to those who haven't paid, you DO have MWM's blessing to invite a friend - a Deacon, Pastor, Leader, Team Member... or a non-musical member of your congregation. If any unruly children come along with that, we advise against inviting that particular friend :)
Download the Lesson Plan - For those who wish to take notes and have a reference to help them follow along, the Lesson Plan is important. Make sure you have downloaded it in advance. Doing this last minute could cause chaos if there are copier/printer issues, or if the file doesn't download properly.
