Worship Director Mentorship Program
- The Worship Director Mentorship Program is meant as an in-depth, personalized supplement to the general '7-week' Series that the rest of the Worship Team is watching.
- The Mentorship Program is a 2 hour/week, one-on-one study/discussion by Skype (or phone) specifically for YOU as either the Worship Director or Senior Pastor of YOUR church.
- Because it's personalized, YOU set the time it takes place.
- No one else will be part of this session without your consent. This time belongs to you.
- Think of it as long-distance, ongoing consulting - specific to YOUR church for this season.
- This is also ideal for a Youth Pastor who is looking to start a dynamic & spiritually authentic Youth Band.

Is This Your Situation? Many Pastors & Worship Leaders struggle daily with issues surrounding their Worship Ministries - personalities, conflict, preferences, lack of talent, apathy, sound issues, style wars, punctuality, preparedness, communication, legal compliance, politics & feelings, musical development, picking/transposing songs, tryouts or lack thereof... whew! Many leading Worship have never attended Bible College, and feel at a disadvantage to lead the team with a biblically methodical approach and organized manner. Many of you are 'stuck' with only a handful of people who can sing/play, but most of them simply aren't gifted enough to pull it off! And you, yourself, are not necessarily a professional instructor/arranger! Maybe at some point, you had sought help by attending one of those big-city worship seminars, and paid upwards to $800 between travel, tickets, food, parking, etc. You found a few nuggets to take home, but 6 months or a year later, your team is the same as it ever was. Why? Well, there are 2 reasons: A.) The day-to-day practical things you REALLY need to be equipped with are nowhere to be found in those large seminars, and B.) They're primarily geared toward churches of over 1,000 members, large enough to send their entire teams! For most of you reading this right now, that's simply NOT where you're at!
Our Worship Leader Mentorship Program is designed to piggy back on the 7-week Training Webinars. It enables us to work together one-on-one, face-to-face, and discuss things intimately & confidentially. Mentorship is a great format because learning develops conversationally. The liberty to ask questions - even the stupid ones - is always there! You can mention specific names & issues, talk about the past, what politics are at play, etc. I can walk you step-by-step through each of the Team Management Methods you will need to apply in order to lift your team to that level of excellence, organization, unity, and preparedness - not to mention spiritual depth.
Because it is completely personalized, it can be as basic or advanced as you make it. This is NOT something just for novices alone.
How it works: - Your church should ideally FIRST sign up for the general Webinar Series. Whether you opt to have your team attend/watch is up to you. But if you are to be mentored, you as the leader must also sit under these teaching sessions (approx. 1 hour/week plus Q&A time, every Wed. night... for 7 straight weeks).
- At the same time you would purchase and begin the Mentorship Program for $799. This would entitle you to a private 2 hour session each week by Skype (preferably) or phone, throughout the 7 week duration of the general webinar. Time is flexible... it's just you & me! We will go over scriptures, thoughts, forms, problems, ask questions, brainstorm, etc. It could even turn into a music lesson! But it will give you insight for how best to implement the lessons/material you (and your team) had learned from the previous webinar, taking into account all the unique factors that your situation and your church bring to the table.
